Assessment deliverables
The assessment includes a 45-minute interview, a founder-reviewed Bottleneck Map and Time-Recovery Plan, and a 45-minute review. Recommendations are operational guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or security advice.
Your submission
You confirm that you are authorized to share the information submitted and will not include secrets, credentials, regulated data, or unnecessary personal information.
Refund promise
If we cannot show a practical, quantified path to reclaiming five hours per week, we refund the full $1,997. Request a refund by emailing [email protected]. A refund is the sole remedy under this promise. The promise does not guarantee results from recommendations that are not implemented, depend on inaccurate or withheld information, or are materially changed by the client. A private, discretionary assessment credit may be offered after the review; once accepted and applied to a management subscription, the assessment is no longer refundable.
Optional monthly implementation
Ongoing implementation is $999 per month for up to five hours of implementation and management, cancellable before the next billing period. It is offered privately after the review, not sold on this website. Third-party tool fees and work beyond the included allowance require separate approval.
Voluntary support
The optional $9 monthly coffee subscription includes invites to Coffee Office Hours. It does not purchase consulting, $99 Office Hours membership, implementation, or any other client service. Bottlenecked is not a charity, and these payments are not represented as tax-deductible contributions. Monthly coffee renews until canceled through Stripe Billing Portal before the next renewal date. Service emails needed to manage the subscription, refunds, and monthly invites may be sent; Bottlenecked will not send promotional spam.
